Respect people and boundaries
No harassment, hate, sexual content, coercion, doxxing, or requests for sensitive personal information. Never publish another person’s story, image, or contact details without permission.
Represent projects honestly
Describe the mission, compensation, time commitment, location, and risks accurately. Do not use the platform for scams, illegal activity, or misleading fundraising.
Connect with consent
An interest note or invitation is not an obligation. Messaging unlocks after acceptance, and either person may block or report when a connection no longer feels appropriate.
How enforcement works
Reports enter a restricted moderation queue. Depending on context, moderators may approve, request changes, warn, pause, remove, suspend, or ban. Safety takes priority over growth.
